We provide two solutions; the default version sends its date to our servers by connecting to your home Wi-Fi network. This quickly configured with the help of smartphone, tablet or laptop.
When there is no Wi-Fi in range an alternative version can be used. This other version uses LoRa radios to communicate to a gateway that is directly connected to the internet connected router, switch or hub.
how will i be notified?
Generally speaking the first line of communication is triggered by our algorithms that continuously monitor the health of your boiler.
Once our systems detect a troubled boiler our chatbot will be called to action which intern will contact the end user or any other relevant party. There are two main channels used for this communication:
A message will be sent out that links to our chatbot.
An email containing a link to chatbot and other relevant information.
can i install bcheck on any brand of boiler?
From the beginning the bCheck was designed to be easy to install and be plug and play. This means that no complicated connectors or wiring could be used which paved the way for a completely universal approach to the monitoring of boiler.
The device and its 4 external temperature sensors are easily attached to the boiler by using plastic straps.

what technology is used?
The most basic version of bCheck uses a built in WiFI radio that directly connects to a home network. For boilers that are not in range of an internet connected WiFi network A more advanced is in the final stages of development. This version uses a LoRa radio to connect to a bCheck gateway.
LoRa provides a range of several kilometers even in urban areas. an added advantage of this is that only one gateway per neighbourhood sufices to connect all boilers.
Can it be integradted with other service platforms?
